Nope, K10D only has a max sync speed of 1/180; however, for 95% of the biking I shoot that is more then enough. People b*tch about the sync speed at 1/180, but to be honest, there is almost no difference if it was able to sync at 1/250.

joe P called me out on the slalom course I 'll have to go show the dirt jumper how to ride some berms!

we are having a trick demo on april 26th. joe is coming down for it and you should as well! we are going to use my kicker and build a big landing and do some flips/3's etc on campus for teh village bicycle project. let me know if you want to come, you can always crash/party here.
